1. Scope of Application (B2B)
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to sales of technological equipment and industrial drones concluded by Solid Sky with business clients (B2B) within the European Union.
2. Orders and Fulfillment Model (Dropshipping)
Solid Sky operates using an optimized dropshipping logistics model via certified manufacturers and partners. Order confirmation by the client implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Delivery (Incoterms DDP)
Deliveries are executed under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterms. Equipment is shipped to the agreed destination address, and Solid Sky fully covers import customs clearance formalities as well as the payment of applicable duties and taxes, ensuring a seamless delivery with no unexpected fees for the buyer.
4. Refund Policy (15 Days – Non-defective Hardware)
Refunds are accepted strictly within a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. Equipment must be returned in its original packaging. Refunds are processed only after a technical inspection confirms that the hardware shows no defects. Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer.
5. Exchanges (Defective Hardware)
Equipment exchanges are possible within a period of 15 calendar days from receipt, and strictly in the event of a proven defect in the delivered hardware. Following verification by our teams, a conforming replacement product will be shipped.
6. Governing Law
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these terms and conditions of sale shall be subject to applicable European law.
